As an Associate of Cost and Contract Management division within Asia, I am responsible for leading a team of surveyors to provide a full spectrum of core quantity surveying consultancy services for diverse sectors including Data Centres, Education, Retail, Office Fitout and Residential Development.

My pre and post contract experience spans cost planning, procurement, contract administration, resolution of claim, and final account negotiation. With extensive experience gained from a variety of projects, I specialise in various forms of procurement methods, including Traditional Lump Sum, Design & Build, Guaranteed Maximum Price, and Management Contracting, which assist our clients to achieve their project objectives on time and on budget successfully. BSc (Hons) in Surveying – City University of Hong Kong
Member of the Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors (MHKIS QSD)
Registered Professional Surveyor (RPS (QS))
