As an Associate of Cost Management for Blue Stone in Australia, Brendan is charged with the opportunity to lead and train a team of Quantity Surveyors in delivering accurate advice in the full spectrum of Quantity Surveying Services and across the varying construction sectors.

With nearly two decades of experience in the field of Quantity Surveying, Brendan has been involved in a wide range of projects, spanning from Recreation, Education, Residential, Retail, Commercial and Infrastructure projects. He has provided Quantity Surveying services at every stage of a project life-cycle, including the development and management of project budgets; preparation of feasibility and option studies; compilation of pre-tender estimates and tender documentation; the identification, mitigation and pricing of risks; value management and engineering; tender evaluation; as well as advice on varying procurement strategies (including involvement in PPP/PFI/BOOT projects, ECI projects, CM projects, D&C Projects, SOR administration as well as the traditional lump sum procurement methodology).

Brendan actively seeks to embody the Blue Stone principals of bringing clarity to every project and to consistently protect our client’s interests.
